At Wolf & Wren, we want you to absolutely love your coffee and your experience with us. We understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, and we're here to make things right. Please reach out to us directly if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase – we're always happy to chat and find a solution that works for you.

Our Approach to Returns:

Your satisfaction is our priority. While coffee is a perishable food item and cannot be returned once opened due to quality and safety reasons, we want to ensure you feel confident in your first experience with Wolf & Wren.

  • First-Time Guarantee: If this is your very first order with us and you're not happy with your coffee or our service for any reason, please contact us! We'll gladly issue a full refund, and you can keep the original order.
  • Mishipped or Damaged Orders: If you receive the wrong order or if your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We'll take care of getting a new, correct order shipped to you as quickly as possible.
  • Lost Packages: While we take great care in packaging your coffee securely, once your order leaves our Portland facility, the responsibility for its delivery rests with the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we'll work with you and the carrier to find a resolution.
  • Incorrect Address/Undeliverable Packages: If your order is shipped to an incorrect address you provided or is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered to the address given, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout!
  • Flavor Preferences (Second Order Onward): We offer a diverse selection of coffees to cater to all tastes, and we encourage you to explore our range! Please understand that we cannot offer refunds or returns on subsequent orders based on flavor preferences. We believe part of the joy of coffee is discovering new origins and profiles. We always hope you find that perfect cup with us!

Returns and Exchanges:

While we don't typically accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons other than errors on our part or damage during shipping, we encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns. Any decisions to accept a return or offer an exchange will be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Should we agree to a return or exchange, please note that you would be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, and any exchange would require placing a new order at your expense.
